Horwood House

Horwood House Hotel, on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, underwent a complete refurbishment of the bars, restaurant, reception, conference suites and spa leisure area. Within these areas, TBS Mechanical & Electrical were responsible for the installation of air conditioning, heating, hot and cold water, above ground drainage, ventilation and sanitary ware.

Treetop Adventure Golf Leicester

An area of the local shopping centre was adapted for the sole purpose of Treetop Adventure Golf. TBS were engaged to supply the ventilation, heating, air conditioning, smoke extract ventilation system, hot and cold water supply and above ground drainage required, whilst not impacting on the aesthetics of the adventure golf course.

Vortex at Resorts World

Resorts World Birmingham opened a games area called Vortex in September 2017. Described as a ‘state of the art family entertainment centre’ TBS undertook the installation of air conditioning, ventilation and hot water generation to the two segregated areas for under and over 12’s.
