Horwood House Hotel has been undergoing a complete refurbishment of the hotel and has remained operational during its development.
This included modernisation of the reception, bars, restaurants, toilet areas, public areas and conference suites which have either been installed with new mechanical services systems or modified to suit the new configuration.
Heating, comfort cooling, ventilation, domestic water services, above ground drainage and sanitary ware were installed for creation of new treatment rooms, relax areas and gym together with the modernisation of the pool area within the new H Spa area.
The ground floor of the Manor House Grade 2 listed building has recently been refurbished in conjunction with the Conservation Officer.
We also provide the Hotel with a planned and reactive maintenance to the complete mechanical services installation.
