Health and Safety is paramount in the Building Services Industry due to the ever changing conditions met on individual site and maintenance situations.

To enable TBS to meet the required legislation, Fletcher Associates are retained as principal Health and Safety advisor. This association, together with BESA updates, helps to ensure the company operate the correct procedures.

Health and Safety courses are regularly attended by office and site staff. In addition to CSCS Cards, annual asbestos awareness and general site training, each individual has certification for his/her particular trade. I.e. Gas Safe for gas fitters and service engineers.
