The air handling equipment was installed on the roof top of the shopping centre.  Air conditioned air is discharged at high level via a fabric sock and nozzles.  The fall features of the course posed some tricky location considerations but, with careful consideration, air can circulate throughout the property at the required level.  Fire rated smoke extract ductwork, complete with fans, was installed as required in the property ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and requirements.

The supply and extract system is controlled via a central control panel which is linked to the fire alarm system in the event of a fire.
