Within each area, three cassette units were installed with a single water cooled condensing unit connected to two plate heat exchangers, which in turn are connected to the landlords supply.
An air handling unit was installed in each area and connected to the existing landlord supply and extract system.
New supply air ductwork was installed in each area with an additional six supply grilles and a new extract bellmouth.
The domestic hot water requirements are served by a new gas fired water heater and a small fan unit was also installed in the Comms room to supply ventilation for the equipment located there.
